I wanted to buy a tv tuner in the philippines however I am not sure if the below tv tuner specifications will work in the Philippines.

# ATSC Digital Terrestrial TV Receiving
# NTSC Analog Terrestrial / CATV Receiving
# Analog AV Capture
# USB Bus Power Gain
# IR Remote Controller Support

For Analog TV yes, it will work (the NTSC Part)

For Digital TV, most likely Philippines is moving to use DVB, so long term it will be obsolete, but there is plenty of time!!
